Flat Roof Systems
High Performance Torch applied three layer cold & warm flat roof systems. An Insurance backed Warranty Scheme of up to 20 years covers the above roof systems.

Advantages of Torch applied roof can be laid at minus 20°C and are of a traditional appearance.

GRP Glass Fibre Resin Roofs
GRP roofs can be coloured to any British Standard colour & no heat required, life expectancy 30 years

Lead Sheet Roof & Cladding
Lead sheet roof systems have been used since Roman times and are of a period visual appearance.
A lead sheet roof designed and laid by our City & Guild Craft Technicians has a life expectancy of 80 years plus

Roof Windows & Roof Lights
Velux is the leader in the field of opening roof windows in modern and period properties. These windows can be applied to pitched roofs or flat roofs.
A new generation of bringing natural light into a property is the pipe light system, which can bend and be installed in the most confined spaces.

Pitched Roofs
These are roofs with varying slopes from 12.5 degrees to 70 degrees.
The roof covering for these slopes are Cotswold Stone, Concrete Tiles, Man Made Slates, Natural Slates, Lead & Copper Sections.

Roof Surveys
Should you be thinking of purchasing a property and would like a roof survey. Our current fee is from £150 plus V.A.T. This is then refunded to you should you purchase the property and our company carries out the work required.
